Big Baby Coons Andromeda of Timberkatz (Retired)
"Big Baby Coons Andromeda of Timberkatz" Andromeda came to us from Big Baby Coons (Debbie Crevier of Massachusetts) and was the last of the Big Baby Coons lines. Debbie no longer breeds but still has an active home with Maine Coon Cats. Andromeda was our first breeding female and the most vocal member of the Timberkatz Cattery. She will always be remembered for the conversations she'd have with her former owner on the phone. When she would hear Debbie's voice, she'd purr, trill and rub her head on the phone. Trust me when I say it was a riot to watch! Andromeda was a very loving mother and took very good care of her kittens. Her kittens are never very far away when she has a litter. We always knew that she'd do an excellent job teaching her babies the ropes and watching over them. Andromeda had many a surprise for us when she had kittens. Between her and Windjammer, she produced classic browns and blues, patched browns and blues, a solid blue, two torties and a rare solid black named Timberkatz Midnight Express. Andromeda was retired in May of 2007 and as fate would have it, we found a great home for her to live out her days contently. She moved in with Debbie Crevier's son, Sam Crevier whom I've heard just loves her to pieces. As a bonus, Andromeda now lives with a former little mate Budda and watches over him. Andromeda won't be forgotten though, we kept a part of her when we kept her son,
Timberkatz Midnight Express and her daughter, Timberkatz Cosette.
