Dakota is the newest member of the Timberkatz Cattery. She has been brought into the cattery to be a cat show ambassador and to add some additional colors to our ever growing pallete. She is very cute, cuddly and just a darling. Her markings are quite unique and we simply love the sweet purr which can be heard across a room.

Dakota comes to us from Judy and Don Kitchin at the KerryCoons in Salem, NH. Dakota's mother is Catz-Azz Fiona of Kerrycooons and her father is none other than CH Catlypso Niall of Kerrycoons. We thank Judy and Don for the great job they did raising her and look forward to seeing this little girl grow up with the other members of our Maine Coon family.

Dakota is beginning the transition here in our home and she has begun to make a few friends within the black and blue litter. She loves to play with the laser pointer and plays with Pixie sometimes taking turns at the turbo scratcher.

Dakota will be coming out soon to visit the show halls and she will be under observation for our breeding program in 2009. Until then, we get to play and teach her the ropes at our house.
